WHAT IS CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST)?
Using a soft touch (less than the weight of a nickle), practitioners work energetically to release restrictions in the CranioSacral system to improve function of the nervous system and promote a natural healing process for the individual. This gentle hands-on technique works with the soft tissue structures of the body and the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid from the head to the base of the spine.
CranioSacral Therapy has its origins in the work of William Garner Sutherland, an American Ostepath. Dr. John E. Upledger, an Osteopathic Physician further developed and pioneered the field beginning in 1975.

WHAT IS DYNAMIC BODY BALANCING?
Developed by Dr. Carol J Phillips, Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB) techniques are grounded in the same in-depth cranial anatomy and physiology as other schools of training in CranioSacral Therapy.
With the addition of Myofascial Unwinding and Bio-field Therapies, DBB has become a beautiful form of hands-on care that restores balance to the mind, body and spirit. https://dynamicbodybalancing.com/
WHAT IS CHAKRA BALANCING WITH YOUNG LIVING ESSENTIAL OILS?
Chakras are energy centers in your body that are vertically aligned from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
There are 7 total chakras. The names of the chakras are as follows and coordinate with different areas of the body: Root, Sacral, Solar, Heart, Throat, 3rd eye and Crown.
Energy flows in and out of each area, however a chakra can become imbalanced due to life events, past traumas, stress, physical conditions or unmet emotional needs.
Specific Essential Oils can be utilized for each chakra to assist with the body’s innate healing mechanisms to restore balance to the affected area.
